To also get every website enquiry pushed to you instantly as a WhatsApp message, set up a free Green API account (one-time, ~5 minutes):
1. Go to green-api.com and create a free account, then create a new instance (Developer/free plan).
2. In the instance dashboard, scan the QR code using the WhatsApp you want alerts sent from (any spare number/WhatsApp Web works).
3. Copy the Instance ID (idInstance) and API Token (apiTokenInstance) shown in that dashboard and paste them below, along with the number you want alerts sent to.
4. Free plan lets you message up to 3 contacts — since we're only sending to your own alert number, this never runs out.
Every enquiry submitted on the site lands here too — in addition to the email and WhatsApp alert.

Get this from analytics.google.com → Admin → Data streams → your web stream. It looks like G-XXXXXXXXXX.
Get this from tagmanager.google.com after creating a container. It looks like GTM-XXXXXXX.
In Google Ads → Goals → Conversions → create a "Submit lead form" conversion action → it gives you a Conversion ID (AW-XXXXXXXXX) and a Conversion Label. Every successful enquiry on the site fires this automatically — that's the "conversion event", no separate Thank You page needed.
Get this from Meta Events Manager → Data Sources → your Pixel. It's a numeric ID.
Every enquiry gets an extra copy sent straight into a Google Sheet you own, as a simple backup and lead list.
One-time setup (~5 minutes):
1. Make a new Google Sheet with a header row: Name, Phone, Nights, PreferredTime, Budget, Tour, SubmittedAt
2. In the Sheet, go to Extensions → Apps Script, delete the placeholder code, and paste:
